Business structure

Mark Hammerton Group Ltd is a holding company for four main trading companies, each with a specific business focus.

Mark Hammerton Travel Ltd - is an ABTA bonded tour operator (W1610) and is responsible for all travel-inclusive tour operating activity (Alan Rogers Travel Service, Belle France etc).
Alan Rogers Guides Ltd - is principally publisher of the Alan Rogers guides and also acts as agent for Camping Cheque and other travel business not requiring bonding.
Alan Rogers BV - is a business registered in the Netherlands. The business is primarily focussed on sale of promotional products (including Alan Rogers guide and web advertising) and other marketing services to European campsites. It is also responsible for publishing the Alan Rogers guides in the Benelux.
Create Digital Media Ltd - is a new start-up business developing iPhone and Android apps and supporting Alan Rogers digital publishing activity.

Alan Rogers: Expert in Camping

It was 1968 when Alan Rogers published the first campsite guide that bore his name. Having established a formidable reputation for honesty and impartiality over the ensuing 40 years, the Alan Rogers name is now known throughout the UK as the leading authority on campsites and camping holidays. An increasingly wide range of Alan Rogers campsite guides are published annually in the UK and the Alan Rogers Travel Service offers a reservations service for overseas travel to UK holidaymakers. The Alan Rogers Guides are fast becoming a force to be reckoned with in Holland too.

Camping Cheque

Alan Rogers is the exclusive UK agents for two further brands: Camping Cheque and Holiday Cheque. Part of the growing Kawan Group, Camping Cheque is Europe's fastest growing holiday concept for campers and caravanners travelling during off-peak periods. With over 2 million nights sold throughout Europe each year, the scheme continues to gain popularity.

Set up in Spring 2011, Create is a joint venture company, 51% owned by Mark Hammerton Group. The company is an exciting start-up specialising in digital publishing and app development (iPhone, Android etc).
